Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix Digital OLC-DSL-85-D-ST parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Physik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pittman product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Physik such as the E621e621PhysikInstrumenteE80110E621SRXam spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTLIOCARD manufactured by Pl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14206C242 by Manufacturer Pittman as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Plc-Direct Brand D4RAM2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pimatic such as OSC2X160165021341 equipment made by Pimatic have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 312010 made by Pilz as well as the popular 486355 original spares produced by Pilz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GM9413H875 by Pittman and OSC2X160165021341 spares by Pimatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pi.
